Until you are contacted by Comcast and subscribe to Comcast Business services, you will maintain your CityNet services and should continue to call San Bruno CityNet Services at 1-650-616-3100 for 24/7 Tech Support from 8:00 am – 4:00 pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and 8:30 am – 4:00 pm Wednesday. For 24/7 Tech support, call 1-877-646-6407.
A Comcast Business account executive will reach out to discuss all your Comcast Business service options. You will be responsible for closing your CityNet account and settling any outstanding balances with CityNet.
There will be no changes for San Bruno CityNet customers until the transaction closes.
Enhancements to the network will begin shortly after, with upgrades continuing throughout 2025. Customers will transition gradually after network enhancements start to be completed. Customers who have been contacted by a Comcast Business account representative and who have subscribed to Comcast Business services will start to receive communications about swapping equipment like routers and TV boxes, about a month before their new service activations.
Comcast Business will deploy its fully symmetrical, multi-gigabit speed network in San Bruno and customers will have the option to select from Comcast Business’s service tiers the speed that best matches their business needs.
Most of Comcast Business’s services (data, voice and video) requires a Comcast-issued device. You should contact San Bruno to determine how to dispose of or return your CityNet device(s).
Comcast Business has a selection of solutions that accommodate various needs based on speed and price.
Comcast understands that the impacts to a business differ from that of residential customers and will coordinate with you to make your transition to Comcast services efficient.
After customers switch to Comcast services, there may be some adjustments to the billing cycle. Customers will be informed of any changes and provided with detailed billing information.
All current balances will be handled by CityNet.
